-a <name> Application Name. (Not needed if 1 app in appl group)
-g <name> Application Group Name
-h <od_inst> OnDemand library server or instance
name (same as -I)
-I <od_inst> OnDemand
library server or instance name (same as -h)
-p <passwd> OnDemand User Login Password
-u <userid> OnDemand User Login Name
-1 <trace_file> Fully qualified trace file name
-2 <level> Trace level number. The values are additive.
(Default: 3)
1: Errors
2: Warnings
4: Info
8: Flow
