- USER - USER counters list Case Analyzer stores, which are configured
inside the case engine server. Each Case Analyzer store is shown with
its configured name under the USER section.
- Cache
- Dimension cache - Dimension Cache shows the cache counter values
for all the dimensions for the Case Analyzer store. Dimension cache
counters for these operations are displayed:
- Cache attempt count – The number of attempts to read the dimension
cache.
- Cache hit count – The number of items that are processed.
- Cache miss count – The number of missed attempts for read the
dimension cache
- Fact Table Caches – Shows the cache counter values for all of
the fact tables for the Case Analyzer store. The following operations
display Fact table cache counters:
- Cache attempt count – The number of attempts to read the fact
table cache.
- Cache hit count – The number of hits to the cache to read/update
fact table cache values.
- Cache miss count – The number of missed attempts to read the fact
table.
- Data Publishing
- Events published - Displays the count for all events that are
published for Content Platform Engine and
quarantine events.
- Content Events Published - Total number of content events that
are published for a Case Analyzer store.
- Quarantined Events - Total number of events that are quarantined
for a Case Analyzer store
- Workflow Events Published - Total number of workflow events that
are published for a Case Analyzer store.
- Full Cube Processing - Record time to complete the full cube processing
operation for a store.
- Publishing Interval Cube Processing - Record time to complete
the WIP (Work In Progress) cube processing operation for a Case Analyzer
store.
