You can configure IBM® virtual member manager (VMM) to be the directory service for FileNet® P8.
With VMM as your directory service provider, Content Platform Engine retrieves users and groups from VMM LDAP repositories.
In order to use VMM, your Content Platform Engine application server must be WebSphere® Application Server that has been configured for Federated Repositories.
