Verifying that the "Web user interface and nodes for the Integration Bus component" component is enabled for IBM Integration Bus Manufacturing Pack.

Verifying that the "Pattern and nodes for the IBM Integration Toolkit" component is enabled for IBM Integration Bus Manufacturing Pack

Verify that the IBM Integration Bus Manufacturing Pack pattern, nodes, and documentation are displayed in the IBM Integration Toolkit.

About this task

You can deploy the PI-Read and PI-Input nodes on Windows only.

Procedure

To verify that the IBM Integration Toolkit is enabled, complete the following steps:

Open the IBM Integration Toolkit.
To verify that the pattern is present, in the Patterns Explorer view, click Manufacturing. The pattern for IBM Integration Bus Manufacturing Pack is listed. For information about the pattern, see Pattern supplied in IBM Integration Bus Manufacturing Pack.
To verify that the nodes are present, open the Palette and ensure that the Manufacturing and MQTT drawers are present. For more information about the palette, see Message flow node palette in the IBM Integration Bus documentation. The drawers contain the Manufacturing and MQTT nodes. For information about the nodes, see Built-in nodes.
To verify that the IBM Integration Bus Manufacturing Pack documentation is present in the IBM Integration Toolkit, click Help > Help Contents. In the table of contents, click IBM Integration Bus Manufacturing Pack. The IBM Integration Bus Manufacturing Pack documentation is displayed.

Verify that the "Web user interface and nodes for the Integration Bus component" component is enabled for IBM Integration Bus Manufacturing Pack.

Procedure

To verify that the "Web user interface and nodes for the Integration Bus component" component is enabled, complete the following steps:

Open the IBM Integration console by choosing one of the following options:

On Windows, click Start > All Programs > IBM Integration Bus version > IBM Integration Console version, where version is the version number of IBM Integration Bus for which you want to use IBM Integration Bus Manufacturing Pack.
On Linux and UNIX, initialize the command environment by loading the mqsiprofile command into your current environment. For more information, see Command environment: Linux and UNIX systems in the IBM Integration Bus documentation.

The command console contains the following message:

mqsiprofile extended for Manufacturing Pack

Results

The "Web user interface and nodes for the Integration Bus component" and "Pattern and nodes for the IBM Integration Toolkit" components are enabled for IBM Integration Bus Manufacturing Pack.
