Configuring workload management policies by using a command console

Command-line tools to create and administer workload management policies.

Workload Management policies can be created and attached to message flows to tune their performance. A system administrator can specify a workload management policy to do the following tasks. The commands use REST API calls to the Integration registry to configure the WLM policies:
  • Restrict the maximum rate at which a message flow can run.
  • Cause a notification message to be sent if the number of messages that arrive in the flow exceeds a specified threshold.
Commands are provided for administering all aspects of workload management policies, which can be run against an integration node from a command console:
