Deleting a configurable service

Use the IBM® Integration Explorer to delete custom configurable services.

You can delete custom configurable services that you have defined on an integration node (broker), but you cannot delete the IBM defined configurable services on an integration node, even if you have previously modified the IBM defined configurable service.

To delete a configurable service:

  1. In the Navigator view, expand the integration node on which you want to delete a configurable service.
  2. Expand the Configurable Services folder.
  3. Right-click the configurable service that you want to delete, and click Delete.
  4. Click OK to confirm you want to delete the configurable service.

For most types of configurable service, your changes will take effect from the next time a message flow that uses the configurable service is called. For some types of configurable service, for which it is explicitly stated in the documentation, you must stop and start the integration server for the change to take effect.
