If you want to use the MQTT WebSocket interface, be aware
of the following information:
- You must connect to the same port that is used by the web user
interface server; by default this is port 4414. For more information,
see Accessing the web user interface.
- Authentication of the interface is by the web user ID. This is
the same ID that is used to access the web UI and REST API. For more
information, see Role-based security.
- Use the MQTT messaging client for JavaScript classes API to write scripts that use the MQTT WebSocket interface. For more information about the API, see the MQTT client programming reference in the WebSphere MQ Version 7.5 product documentation online.
