Advanced configuration

Change your integration node configuration to use one or more of the advanced options available.

About this task

  • If you are developing message flows that include resources such as the WebSphere® Adapters nodes, IMS nodes, or the CICSRequest node, you must set up your integration node environment to support these applications. Details of the setup that you require is in Configuring for applications.
  • If you are working with web services message flows and want to ensure reliable messaging, you can configure WS-RM using policy sets. See Web Services Reliable Messaging.
  • You can use WS-Security with your web services message flows to provide quality of protection through message integrity, message confidentiality, and single message authentication. See WS-Security.
  • If you have been working with IBM Integration Bus on z/OS, and want to move your configuration to a distributed platform, see Moving from IBM Integration Bus on a distributed system to z/OS.
  • IBM Integration Bus supports a number of locales on each platform; details of what is supported, and how to use code converters, are provided in Changing locales.
