The MQRFH2 and MQRFH2C parsers
The MQRFH2 header can be parsed using either the MQRFH2 parser or the MQRFH2C compact parser.
The root names for these parsers are MQRFH2 and MQRFH2C.
The class names are MQHRF2 and MQHRF2C.
