Policy Sets and Policy Set Bindings editor

The Policy Sets and Policy Set Bindings editor is the default editor for editing and saving a policy set or policy set binding. The policy set can be associated by the administrator with either a message flow or a node.

Launching the editor

You must connect IBM® Integration Toolkit to an integration node before you can edit policy sets and bindings.

To launch the Policy Sets and Policy Set Bindings editor, complete the following steps:

  2. Right-click the integration node with which you want to work, and click Open Policy Sets.
The Policy Sets and Policy Set Bindings editor includes the following panels:
You can import and export policy sets and policy set bindings by using the mqsichangeproperties command; see:

Policy set bindings

The administrator associates a policy set binding with a policy set when the policy set binding is added. Information about the binding is then displayed on the main panel of the policy set binding. You cannot change the policy set to which a binding is associated. You can delete the policy set binding independently of the policy set. However, deleting a policy set also deletes the associated policy set binding.
