Explanation
During certificate deletion processing, PKI Services is calling
a PKCS #11 function to delete a certificate and its related objects
from the token data set (TKDS). The deletion is completed in the issued
certificate list (ICL) but not in the TKDS.

System action
The certificate is deleted from the ICL but the
certificate and its related objects are not deleted from the TKDS.
