Explanation
The value specified for the PathLength keyword in the CertPolicy section of the pkiserv.conf file is not valid. The PathLength keyword value
must be in the range 0 - 16, and must be less than the pathLenConstraint value in the CA certificate Basic Constraint extension, if present.
