IKYC021I CRL claims to have only User and only CA certs

Explanation
PKI Services is processing
a CRL extension field in preparation of posting the CRL to the LDAP
directory. The processing has encountered an internal error. The error
code encountered is displayed. A description of the error is also
displayed, if known.

System action
The CRL is not posted to the LDAP directory.

Report the error to the IBM® support center.
