Explanation
PKI Services is processing
a certificate extension field in preparation of posting the certificate
to the LDAP directory. The processing has encountered an internal
error. The error code encountered is displayed. A description of the
error is also displayed, if known.

System action
The certificate is not posted to the LDAP directory.

Report the error to the IBM® support center.
