You can specify the following options
to control DFSMStvs access to VSAM data sets:
- VSAM record-level sharing (VSAM RLS)
- Read integrity options
- Timeout value for lock requests
If a VSAM data set is recoverable, DFSMStvs can open the data
for input within a transaction. A recoverable VSAM data set is defined
with the LOG(UNDO) or LOG(ALL) attribute. For more information about
