Creating AMODE 64 applications with Language Environment
This section explains the steps for creating and running an AMODE 64 executable program, and provides an overview of runtime options.
Note: The terms in this section having to do with linking (bind,
binding, and so forth) refer to the process of creating an AMODE
64 executable program from object modules (the output produced by
compilers and assemblers). The program used is the DFSMS program management
binder. The binder extends the services of the linkage editor and
is the default program provided for creating an executable.
