Standards
Standards / Extensions | C or C++ | Dependencies |
---|---|---|

both | z/OS V1R7 |
Format
#include <complex.h>
double creal(double complex z);
float crealf(float complex z);
long double creall(long double complex z);
General description
The creal() family
of functions compute the real part of z.
Note: The
following table shows the viable formats for these functions. See IEEE binary floating-point for more information about IEEE
Binary Floating-Point.
Function | Hex | IEEE |
---|---|---|
creal | X | X |
crealf | X | X |
creall | X | X |
Returned value
The creal() family of functions return the real part value (as a real).
