Specifies if subarea connections will be used. SACONNS
need only be specified when defining a pure APPN EN or NN that will
use a HOSTSA number other than the default value (1). For details
on defining various node configurations, see Table 1.
- SACONNS=NO
- When NODETYPE is coded, indicates that this VTAM® will not provide subarea function. (That is, this VTAM will operate as a pure APPN node.)
- SACONNS=YES
- Indicates that this VTAM will provide subarea function.
