Specifies the number of seconds between each attempt to redial for an INOPed connection with non-connection network EE dynamic PU. The default is 30 seconds. The minimum value that can be coded is one second.
Attention: Customers with a very large number of connections with a non-connection-network EE dynamic PUs should not use a small value for REDDELAY, as the amount of activity generated during sustained outages could have significant CPU impact.
