Specifies whether the PU is to be redialed when the connection
is broken by INOP, when this model definition is used for a dynamic
non-connection-network Enterprise Extender PU (DYNTYPE=EE must be
coded). The values specified by the REDIAL and the REDDELAY operands
determine if any additional redial attempts are made and the interval
between each retry. Coding DWINOP=YES can reduce the need for operator
intervention in reestablishing Enterprise Extender connections.
