This trace entry provides information about packets received
by or sent from TCP/IP data link control (DLC).
A PKI trace record is written whenever the buffer control
channel program completes with packets received.
A PKO trace record is written whenever a packet is transferred
to the telecommunications subsystem or communication adapter by inserting
it into the buffer control channel program.
