UNRECOGNIZED_HDR_LABEL ExplanationA label was encountered in the string header that was unrecognized or out of sequence. Programmer responseIf the message was sent using MIBSendRequest or MIBSendResponse, fix the string to align with the definition of the string header contained in ISTASN1. If the message was sent by CMIP services, or using MIBSendCmipRequest or MIBSendCmipResponse, call IBM® Service.
