 The time-stamp in the current GTF or VTAM® trace record header contains a time value
that is earlier than a previously encountered time. The value xxxxxxx is
the record number of the current input record. This value is assigned
by ACF/TAP.
 This message prints with messages DSJ199I and DSJ230I.
