System programmer responseIncrease the amount of REGION available to the user or adjust the Language Environment® runtime memory settings. (For instructions, see z/OS Language Environment Programming Guide.) User responseIncrease the amount of memory available to the program if possible. Otherwise report the error to your system programmer.
