return code was return-code ExplanationPKI Services background certificate processing has encountered an internal error trying to release control of a resource using the DEQ service. The resource name and return code from the DEQ macro are displayed. System actionPKI Services processing continues. However, further processing of certificate requests might fail until PKI Services is stopped and restarted. System programmer responseStop and restart PKI Services. If the problem reoccurs, report the error to the IBM® support center.
