The logon processor passes to the exit a UPT that contains binary
zeros. The exit can update and return the UPT to the logon processor
in the UPT parameter. If the exit returns an updated UPT, it must
also set either of the following bits on:
Note: If the exit passes the UPT back but leaves the length
or version fields zero, these fields are filled in by logon. If the
primary or secondary language translation fields are left null or
blank, the logon defaults them to ENU for mixed case U.S. English.
If any of these fields are filled in by the exit, their validity
