Clearing the ERDS when Near Full on VM

Set up an EXEC for the operator to run when the page-full message appears on the console. See Step 1: Creating a History File for an example. See Entering CPEREPXA Operands for more about running EREP under VM.

Important: The records in the error recording area can only be off-loaded by a normal EREP run that includes ACC=Y and ZERO=Y. IFCOFFLD is not used with VM systems.
