The requirements for the caller are:

Minimum authorization:Supervisor state, or problem state. PSW key must either be 0 or match the value supplied on IWM4MCRE for the input monitoring token when MONENVKEYP=PSWKEY is specified.
Dispatchable unit mode:Task or SRB
Cross memory mode:Any PASN, any HASN, any SASN
AMODE:31-bit
ASC mode:Primary mode
Interrupt status:Enabled
Locks:Unlocked
Control parameters:Control parameters must be in the primary address space.
