Explanation
During initiator processing, the ESTAE exit routine IEFIB620 requests an SVC dump for one of the following:
A system error
A program check occurred
The system restart key is pressed.
The areas dumped are RGN, LPA, TRT, ALLPSA, SWA, LSQA, and ALLNUC.
