During error recovery processing, an SVC dump is requested for
one of the following:
- STAE processing was unsuccessful
- A program check occurred
- The system restart key was pressed
- Control was returned because system initialization ended.
The areas dumped are PSA, LSQA, RGN, LPA, TRT, CSA, ALLNUC, and
SQA.
