If a SDWA exists:
- Register 1 contains the address of the STAE work area.
- Register 14 contains the return address.
If a SDWA does not exist:
- Register 1 contains the abend code.
- Register 2 contains a pointer to the LWA.
- Register 14 contains the return address.
