Return codes for PDUU

Upon completion, PDUU places one of the return codes listed in Table 1 in general purpose register (GPR) 15.

24	Severe error occurred during dictionary building
28	Severe error occurred during file open
32	Severe error occurred during compression process
36	Error in FTP operation
64	Severe error in file operation
99	System or user abend occurred
