Receiving master trace

Master trace writes trace data in the master trace table, which resides in the master scheduler address space (ASID 1). You can obtain master trace data in a stand-alone, SVC, or unformatted dump, if the dump options list includes TRT to request trace data. Format the master trace data by specifying the IPCS VERBEXIT MTRACE subcommand or using the IPCS Trace Processing selection panel. Table 1 shows the dumps that contain master trace data.
