You can change options while a SYSIEFAL trace is running. However,
to change the buffer size immediately, you have to stop the trace
and restart it with the new buffer size. If the trace is not stopped
and restarted, the buffer size will be changed when the current set
of buffers has filled up and a new set is acquired.
