The D alphabetical cross-reference
listing provides the same information as the numerical cross-reference
listing, but in a different sequence. This part of the report is
in collating sequence by referenced name (the name of the symbol being
referred to in the address constant).
The alphabetical cross-reference begins on a new page with a standard
page heading ALPHABETICAL CROSS-REFERENCE LIST OF PROGRAM OBJECT,
and like the numerical cross-reference, contains nine columns:
- Class offset. This is the hex offset of the named item within
a class of the program object. Class offsets for the second and third
detail lines have been indented.
- Element offset. This is the hex offset of the named label or
part within its section. Lines referring to an element, rather than
a label, will always display zero for the element offset.
- Overlay segment. This is displayed for overlay format modules
only.
- Symbol. This field varies between the three detail lines, as
described in the following text. If the displayed name is a special
section name, then one of the binder-generated names for example,
$PRIVxxxxxx), described earlier, will replace the
name.
If no RLD is available in a program object, the following message
will appear instead of the formatted detail:
**** NO RLD DATA ***
The cross reference listing concludes with the line
