Note: You can change the buffer size only at IPL or when reinitializing
XCF. Specify the new buffer size in the BUFSIZE parameter on the
CTnXCFxx member being used.

member, which specifies that component tracing for XCF be initialized
with the component default buffer size and minimal component tracing
