This message contains the messages generated from an allocation failure for system logger. It can also contain the actual messages generated from the IDCAMS program when system logger renames a staging data set as a result of an IXCMIAPU DATA TYPE(LOGR) or IXGINVNT API UPDATE LOGSTREAM NEWSTREAMNAME request.
