Explanation

the status of structure rebuild processing. The type of process is
either rebuild or duplexing rebuild and the method is user-managed.
In
the message text:

- Name of the structure for which information is recorded.
- action
- One of the following:
- HAS BEEN COMPLETED
- Structure rebuild processing has completed.
- HAS BEEN STOPPED
- Structure rebuild processing has been stopped.
- HAS REACHED THE DUPLEXING ESTABLISHED PHASE
- The user-managed duplexing rebuild has reached the duplexing established
phase.
- HAS BEEN STARTED
- Structure rebuild processing has started.
