IXG383I
ZAI LOGSTREAM CLIENT SKIPPED LOG BLOCKS: nnnnnnnnnn BUFFERS FULL FOR LOGSTREAM logstream

Explanation

The logger z/OS® IBM zAware (ZAI) log stream client was unable to send to the IBM zAware server all the log data that was written into the log stream because the maximum storage buffers allowed was reached. When the buffer full condition clears, message IXG383I is issued to indicate the number of the log blocks skipped and not sent to the IBM zAware server.

In the message text:
nnnnnnnnnn
indicates the number of blocks (meaning each IXGWRITE request) that could not be sent to the IBM zAware server because of the buffer full condition.
logstream
identifies the log stream name.
