Explanation
A channel provided a channel report word for a
subchannel for the specified device, but the system could not find
the device.
In the message text: devn
The device number. The device number is prefixed by the subchannel
set identifier when appropriate.

System action
The system skips the channel report word.  Channel
report word processing continues.

Operator response
If a virtual machine (VM) command generated
the channel report word, ensure that the device number specified in
the command is defined to the system.
