Explanation
In this release, SMSPDSE1 address space is available
but not active on this system. The default is inactive for z/OS® 1.6 and later releases. If
a PDSE related problem should occur, a system outage could be avoided
with a restart of the SMSPDSE1 address space. The use of the SMSPDSE1
restartable address space is encouraged.
