for this return code: ccc =220An extend was attempted, but the maximum number of
extents was reached because the user did not specify VSAM extent constraint
removal. In this case, the maximum number of extents for a VSAM data
set is between 251 and 255 extents per component or between 251 and
255 extents per stripe for a striped component, depending upon the
number of extents (1-5) allocated by DADSM per allocate/extend request.
