Explanation
While processing a reconfiguration request, the
system experienced an unexpected program error.
In the message
text:

- Central processor.
System action
The system does not perform the reconfiguration
requested by the CONFIG command. The system tries to write:
- A logrec data set error record
- A dump
Operator response
Do the following:
- Enter DISPLAY M to display the status of the resources you have
been trying to reconfigure.
- Enter the CONFIG command again.
