A SETPRT macro instruction was issued for a 3800 printer,
and a permanent I/O error was detected for the specified operation.
 If one of the first five message texts appears, mod is the name of
a module; if WCGMS appears, each id is a two-character hexadecimal
identifier for a character set. Message IOS000I, which gives detailed
information about the I/O error, precedes this message.
