Explanation

operator.

System action
One of the following:
- If a CONFIG CHP(xx),ONLINE command was entered
specifying one channel path, the system ends processing for the channel
path.
- If a CONFIG CHP(xx),ONLINE command specified
a range of channels, the system continues processing for the next
requested channel path.
Operator response
Determine which service has configured the
channel path offline using the D M=CHP command and wait for that service
to configure the channel path online. If the service is not going
to configure the channel path back online, use the FORCE keyword on
the CONFIG CHP ONLINE command to configure the channel path online.
