Explanation
A SLIP trap requested one or more SVC dumps, but
the dumps were not generated. In the message text:

- The SLIP trap identifier specified on the SLIP command.
- ddd
- The number of SVC dumps that are not scheduled.
- text
- One of the following:
- RETURN CODE=return-code, REASON CODE=reason-code
- The first dump that failed returned return code return-code and
reason code reason-code. For an explanation of

- RETURN/REASON CODES NOT AVAILABLE
- The return and reason codes are not available.
System action
The system does not generate one or more SVC dumps
that the SLIP trap requested. The system continues other processing.
