Explanation

reconfigure a channel path to a device, but the time limit for the
requested reconfiguration has been exceeded.
In the message

The device number.

The channel path identifier.

System action
The system does not perform the requested reconfiguration
for the device. The system continues processing.

Operator response
A time-out of this sort is probably caused
by a hardware error on the device or on the control unit to which
the device is attached.  Contact hardware support.
