Explanation

If the
message says WAS DISABLED, then the enhanced data
integrity function has been disabled because the PARMLIB member IFGPSEDI
specified MODE(DISABLE).

If the message contains
NOT
BUILT/REBUILT, then check the PARMLIB member IFGPSEDI. It
must have at least one valid record, and the first parameter specified
in the first record must be MODE(WARN) or MODE(ENFORCE). Also, verify
that the SYSIN DD statement in the IFGEDI cataloged procedure refers
to a partitioned data set (PDS) or partitioned data set extended (PDSE)
member that contains the following control statements:
