Explanation
The KEY specification extends beyond the end of
the maximum logical record. See the associated second-level message
for the specific catalog management error code values.
In the
Time Sharing Option/Extensions (TSO/E) environment the second-level
message is not displayed, except by request. To request it, enter
a question mark (?) after the TSO READY message.

System action
The system ends the command.

Change the key position
Increase the record length
