An error occurred when the key generator issued the ATTACH macro instruction for ICUMKG04. The module could not be found in SYS1.LINKLIB. This module is invoked when the key generator has determined that the cryptographic unit has been tampered with. ICUMKG04 will try to locate another cryptographic unit that is available to the Cryptographic Unit Support.
